    Shipping Policy

    At Radical Hearts Print Lab, we are all about sharing our art to support and celebrate you! That's why we are committed to providing high quality personal customer service.

     

    ORDER TIME FRAME

    If your order will be delivered in the contiguous United States, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 5 - 10 days after you place your order. Delivery time to locations outside of the United States will vary greatly and may take from 7 - 21 days or more depending on the destination.

    There are two key factors that impact these time frame estimations: 

    • Processing time: After receiving your order, we verify it, create your item(s), check for quality, and package your order for shipment. Most products are made-to-order to help us with making sure we have what you want and to minimize excess waste. This process can take up to 3 - 5 business days, but may be completed sooner when time allows.
    • Shipping time: Once your order is packaged, we will ship your item using the service you selected during checkout, typically this is USPS. You will receive an email from our shop with a tracking number when it is available. Once an order is handed over to the postal service, it is no longer in our care. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 5 or more days in the United States and longer for all non-US shipping destinations.

     

     

    SHIPPING PRICES

    All shipping is calculated during your checkout and is based on the weight and size of your order. Most often we will utilize the least expensive delivery option that gets your items to you securely unless you choose otherwise. Shipping is typically paid for by you, the customer.

     

    SHIPPING CARRIERS

    We are currently only using USPS for shipping. Have a special request to utilize a different shipping option? Please email us BEFORE placing your order and we will arrange shipping for you on a case-by-case basis.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Please keep in mind that you, the customer, are responsible for any additional fees that may be associated with your order when it is shipped outside of the United States (such as customs, additional taxes, local shipping fees, etc).
